The closest international airports to reach Ostana are Torino Caselle (<1.5 hours) or Milano (2.5 hours). From Torino Caselle take the train to Torino Porta Susa and continue via Pinerolo or Savigliano (see below) or call a pick-up taxi direct from Ostana (from Torino about 80€).

By public transport:

Flixbus serves Torino (stations Lingotto/Vittorio Emanuele/Stura) from major European cities. From Torino (ideally station Lingotto) proceed by train direct via Pinerolo or Savigliano (both about 40min, see below) or call a pick-up taxi.

Train: 
to Torino Porta Nuova/Porta Susa with fast connections from Zurich via Milan (5h) or by TGV from Paris (6h)

The Torino stations Porta Nuova, Porta Susa and Vittorio Emanuele are in walking distance within the center of Torino. Lingotto is a bit South, Stura is North of the center and best for a car pick up/drop off.

From the international railway stations Torino Porta Nuova/Porta Susa you can take the train to:

  • Pinerolo (40min direct from Torino Lingotto) and continue by bus to Barge (35min, preference), or
  • Savigliano (preferred) and continue by bus to Paesana.

From Paesana (15 min) and Barge (25 min), a taxi pick-up to Ostana can be organized. As well from Pinerolo train station (55min) and Savigliano train station (45min) a taxi pick-up is possible.

By car:

Ostana can be reached within <1.5h from Torino.

  • A6 Torino-Savona, exit Marene, continue on SS 662 up to Savigliano and then Saluzzo – Revello – Sanfront – Paesana - Ostana
  • Or A55 Torino-Pinerolo, exit Pinerolo, continue to Bricherasio – Bagnolo Piemonte, Barge – Paesana – Ostana.

By Taxi:

A taxi service (phone # of driver Mario: 3495039711) to Ostana can be organized. Costs from Pinerolo or Savigliano/Torino: about 60/80€.
